We’re holding our first film night on 22 January 2018, at 20:30, in the awesome setting of The Dome at Murray Edwards College, in Cambridge.
We’ll be screening To Sir, With Love (1967), a film set in a London secondary modern school in the 1960s. You can see a trailer for the film on our timeline. The screening will be a great opportunity for people to learn more about our project, as we will give a short introductory talk and flag up some themes relating to secondary education in Britain since 1945, which are raised by the film.
